Taking brands onto the (dirty) street

This is a brilliant new media idea for streetwise brands. Street Advertising Services is a new London company that produces graffiti-style guerrilla ads without pissing off local councils.
What they do is turn your design into a stencil, then use those high-pressure cleaning sprays you see guys using to clean the pavements to reproduce your design [...]

Can you spot Photoshop?

There’s a rather good interactive game on the Dove website, which challenges you to identify which images of women have been digitally retouched. It’s part of the Dove Self-Esteem Fund work aimed at young girls, whom they claim are being damaged by unrealistic images of models.
Dove has also released a new viral movie, following on [...]

Cinema-goers play interactive Volvo game

(Lord of the Rings has alot to answer for). Billed as New Zealand’s fourth most popular digi-folk paradists, the comedy duo of Bret McKenzie and [...]

Judo chop!

Dogs doing judo?! Well not that much judo really. More like a soap, with errr… dogs in judo outfits. Next time you’re having a cuppa grab some earphones and enjoy the antics of Rexley and Roy…..good laugh and nicely executed.

So far on the corporate Green bandwagon…

The need to be sustainable and environmentally friendly is a growing issue for brands – which means it’s bound to end up on our desks pretty often too. The Guardian recently did a useful round-up of corporate efforts to be Green, and gave its opinion on whether or not their endeavours were likely to do [...]
